Olena Levenets is a Marie Curie Fellow at the Tallinn School of Economics and Business Administration, Tallinn University of Technology where she investigates informal economy in Caucasus and Eastern Europe, mainly focusing on Ukraine, Georgia and Kazakhstan. Olena graduated from joint program of School of Public Health of National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and Maastricht University where she received Master’s degree in Management of Organizations in Health Care. She combines substantial experience in health care administration in private sector in Ukraine with healthcare project management in Charity sector. Her research interests are informal practices for health care services in post socialist spaces, coping strategies, catastrophic expenditures.
